Terms of Use
Effective 1 August 2026. These terms apply to authorised use of the Voxel Veda website and operations platform.
Authorised access
Accounts are personal. Users must protect credentials, follow assigned permissions and immediately report suspected unauthorised access. Administrators control operational access and remain responsible for reviewing permissions.
Operational records
Users must enter accurate information and must not alter, conceal or delete records without authority. Platform outputs support business processes but do not replace professional, regulatory, safety, accounting or legal review.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with security controls, attempt to access another account, introduce malicious code, scrape private data, or use the platform unlawfully.
Availability and changes
Services may be updated, suspended or restricted for maintenance, security or compliance reasons. Features and integrations may change as the platform develops.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Voxel Veda excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
